A Timeline of Batman and Catwoman's Year Courtship and the two planned an ill-fated wedding for this month in the pages of his comic. Batman and Catwoman have had a complicated "will they won't they" (also the name of Batman and Talia's son in the comics, fun fact!). Theses fun facts aren't necessarily the worst aspects of their relationship or even mistakes. There's still plenty about Batman and Catwoman.
What is it about Batman that has kept him out of a long term relationship for so long? And how does this marriage proposal fit into his legacy? Selina was one of three characters introduced to the canon in that first story, alongside The Joker and Hugo Strange, though her role as a villain was considerably less extreme than her cohorts. However, by the time of the events of Batman: Arkham KnightSelina is aware of Batman's identity as Bruce Wayne, addressing him as such after he rescues her from the Riddler.
In the end, the two are shown to have developed a relationship when Alfred sees them sitting at a table nearby him at a cafe in Florence.
